happy birthday Gee!!

you can probably guess from the title that it's georgia's birthday today! far out, she's old! its only may and shes already fourteen. that's right FOURTEEN and i know some peeps who are still 12! but that's not the reason for this post as exciting as it is. i've been meaning to write for a while now, but assignments and such have gotten in the way :(

hmm... do you guys remember the first time you heard about this thing called 'puberty'? the phase where you grow up into a young adult? yeah that. the first time i heard it didn't sound so bad. but the older i got the worse the horror stories were. but i was still disbelieving, i doubted that it could seriously be THAT bad. i was wrong.

i'm not sure if it's PMS. i'm not sure if its mood swings. but something is definitely wrong with some people these days. at first i thought "oh they're having a bad day, must be a one-off". unfortunately not.

wtf is wrong with you? why are you like this? freaking hell, if your pissed or mad at me, just tell me! don't say "no i'm not pissed at you" when i ask, thats pure bullshit cos if you weren't why are you being slack and bitchy. so its my fault now is it? b-b-but... wait a minute, what did i do to you in the first place? NOTHING. whatever this new 'phase' is, i dont reckon its cool. and just to let you know i can actually SEE you when you give me those 'looks'. i'll pretend i don't care and just gaze away. it probably hasn't occurred to you but you may have possibly hurt my feelings? yeah possibly. more like definitely.

also......... i just got two injections today and they hurt like billy-o. one of each arm. ouch.

some food for thought too: girl+boy doesn't always equal love. there are such things as friends, right? there are, aren't there? you tell me.

cheers.

IM BACK! miss me?

the consequences of school have unfortunately stopped me from blogging for about 2 weeks. but dont fret, because now i'm back :) im sure you all missed me dearly :P

well i was supposed to write a full-blown rant on why and how i hate guys dressed as mad-hatters about a week ago, but then got distracted and cbf to finish it off... i guess that makes me a pretty crappy blogger :( i probably won't tell you why i hate them now, bcos if i do, i'll have to talk about an event most people involved would rather forget...

i was just reading everyone elses' new blogs about ten things they wanna do before they die, and just reading it just makes me want to write one too!!! and NO, i'm not just trying to go with the trend.

so here's my list of top, not in any particular order:
1) swim in the caribbean
2) ride a donkey in greece
3) eat a croissant in france
4) scuba dive again :)
5) visit the land of leprechauns (a.k.a. ireland)
6) aussie road trip!!!
7) BIG DAY OUT + other random concerts
8) attempt to pull of the 'punk-rockstar' look for a day
9) swim in my clothes while on roadtrip
10) finish off the snogging scale ;)
11) spend new years in NYC
12) go to vegas again (but this time come home blind drunk) -haha
13) stand on the street with a sign reading "free hugs" and see how many i get
14) make a bonfire on a beach and spend the night there
15) meet my soul mate
16) party hard
17) speak in a crappy british accent in london
18) go to trafalgar square and ask the tourists "have you seen my pet pigeon?"

well that's it so far... i'll add more when i think of them :)

the woes of being an older sister

i spent today at home. with my sisters and family friend, heather (she's only 9). our mummies had gone to chit-chat at some rowdy club selling tequila shots for 50cents each. no, i kid :P as if that would ever happen. the mums were at some nice peaceful cafe eating lunch and having coffee while the kids made their own fun at home.

i was, HAD to play mother hen of course. since i'm the oldest and i have to learn how to be 'responsible'. pfft, yeah right. so i put DVD's on, took them to the park, made them lunch and attempted to entertain them while the rain poured. oh god, i felt like so old when i was cutting the crusts off and asking for their preferences in filling (nutella, peanut butter or jam).

the mummies came back around mid-afternoon and saved me :) i dont even get PAID for it! so now i am back to normal, being a 'moody' teenager. *rolls eyeballs* oh apparently i've got to stop doing that, my mama says its a bad trait (both the eyeball rolling and moodiness). but who am I to care? :P

ALSO i couldn't find my phone before. i kept on looking around and around for it. i was definitely put it on the front table before. very strangely, i found it plugged into the charge. wtf? i took it out and attempted to turn it on. but instead of coming up with my wallpaper, there was a plain white screen. obviously some idiot had broken it and attempted to put it back without anyone noticing. of course everyone denied touching it. i bet it was chelsea or natasha, they're always playing with my stuff. argh, younger siblings. they're such brats sometimes (most of the time). i know i'll probably get a wave of hate-mail for saying that, cos the majority of my friends are the youngest sibling.

not happy, joe

so this morning I was as happy as a....errr...well i was happy, ok?
I had only woke up about five minutes ago and was still lying in bed, thinking about what to bring to the swimming outing. when suddenly my youngest sister, natasha walks in and start to say in a mocking tone "you can't go! you can't go!"

I already knew what she was refering to, but just hoped that my assumption was wrong. "go where?" I asked faking confusion. "to swim with your friends! hahahahhahahaha..." replied natasha. for once in my life, I wished I had been wrong. (oh and i also kicked her outta my room for bringing in BAD news)

WHY CAN'T I GO? 1) I am 'mildly' sick 2) it is cold and windy outside 3) Apparently I will get sicker if I go swimming bcos my hair would get wet.

however I can find a solution to all these things: 1) i will get better 2) wearing a jacket and long clothes will prevent me from feeling cold 3)the pool is INDOOR and there's this thing called a hairdryer.

but NO ONE listens to hillary. NO, no one does :( that is why i am confined to this prison hole instead of being out and about with my friends. sorry guys :( but its not like i dont want to go!

halfies, babies and boyfriends.

ok, you guys can guess from the title that this post is going to be veeeeeery 'interesting'

yesterday night, i went out with my family to have dinner at this chinese restaurant in burwood.
chan's garden restaurant...i think it was? so everybody was busy chomping on noodles when mum points out this really really really cute baby. she's got these browny-blonde hair, big brown eyes and she's wearing a cute pink beanie with a little bobble on top. not only that but she's giggling and smiling (OMG she has dimples too!) while her grandpa spoons her food. "awww..." everyone coos at her.

usually people would just talk about how cute she is and stuff. not my family though. they'd rather talk about the fact that she's a halfie and how halfie babies are soooo much cuter then 'normal' ones (plus how they look hotter when grown up). great, does that mean i'm ugly? maybe compared to halfies? :( so i zoned out for a bit, cos there was this cartoon in mandarin on the tv :)

when i come back to earth, the subject's changed. now it's about boyfriends. how did we get to this? hoping that none of it would affect me, i put my head down and pretended to be really intersted in the contents of my tea cup. dammit, plan A was ruined, as they wanted my opinion CRAP, its time for my back-up plan, SET PLAN B INTO MOTION IN 5, 4, 3, 2, 1....GO! urrhh...that would've worked if only i'd actually had a plan B.

last year my parents had this WHOLE lecture about not having a boyfriend until I was 18 and finished with my HSC. that's all gone down the bin right after the interesting conversation over dinner. it seems like I, Hillary from the 18/04/09 had been granted permission to have a boyfriend at the age of 16. wowee....its nothing short of a miracle, is it? also after the long part about halfies, my mum said she wanted PRETTY grandchildren. my first thought was 'isnt that a bit vain?' but then i realized that she was hinting something :S

christine reckons its a hint to drop outta school in year 10 and be a teenage mother. so now folks, thats my life plan! hahaha no, not really. or as georgia would say APRIL FOOLS!

first blog

FINALLY i've made my blog. took ages going through the sign up. i kept on asking questions about this and that (probably annoyed my friends in the process).

pressure is mounting! how am I going to live up to everyone else? all their first blogs are interesting and funny. It doesn't help with the fact that I keep on deleting things, cos i reckon they'll sound stupid (knowing the stuff that comes out of my mouth).

well tra-la-la-la....i think its time to go. my eyes are kind of hurting from staring at the screen too long. plus i was supposed to be off ages ago- whoopsies.
